Element San Antonio Riverwalk

I loved that our room was in a corner, so we got a 3 window view and it was beautiful. The staff were nice and the room was clean. Love the modern look! The location is in downtown which makes walking distance to attractions not too far.

This is my first stay in the Element brand. WOW!! This place is amazing! LOVED the modern suite setup with a nice kitchen. The staff were so awesome and were super accommodating. The suite was ridiculously clean and tidy. Housekeeping services are only every other day which for me works. I don't need full service everyday. I had the housekeeper get me a bunch of extra towels and coffee and I was set. I only had them in once during my four day stay. The morning breakfast is included in the room price and it's really nice. Several choices for one to eat a nice brekkie before heading out. I only made it down there twice but both times were nice. Will DEFINITELY look for the Element brand again when traveling and when returning to San Antonio I'll be returning to this location.

The hotel was very nice, clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing I loved the fact that everyday it was different breakfast dishes which made this hotel stand out completely from other hotels who serve the same breakfast every morning, in addition to that they had a good variety of foods to choose from. The staff were very nice and informative on a lot of things and they all were willing to go the extra mile to help suite me and my family comfortably.

I-liked the extremely clean little kitchen and bathroom as well the floor that was partially tiled and the carpet around the bed extremely clean with short “ hair”- i felt home- the vents were clean and the air quality in the bedroom & bathroom was excellent as well as in other areas of the hotel- i liked that there is always coffee and a little something to eat at the front desk and complementary- front desk & other people were polite friendly and had discretion- Valet people were very nice and polite and helpful- i like the high standard simplicity of this hotel- i like that it was coupled with westin AC to add amenties-i liked the price-also really pet friendly- i will come again- again simple & perfect!

My daughter and I enjoyed our mother daughter weekend getaway. The hotel was conveniently placed near the riverwalk and other attractions. Hotel was clean and staff was pleasant. We had a studio queen room with two beds, a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The room was very spacious, comfortable and perfect.
